Folios wherein any one of the cited document / details are not available on or after April 01, 2023, shall be frozen by the Registrars and Transfer Agent of the Company (RTA). In this respect, a copy of the letter being sent to the concerned shareholders and the above-mentioned circular can be viewed in the “Investors” section under the heading “General Information” on the website of the Company. Further, the forms referred in the letter can also be downloaded from that section referred hereinabove.
